All our products are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The courier is chosen based on the fastest shipping route. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to our customers with a tracking code for them to track it. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

If the order quantity exceeds two items, excessive shipping charges amounting to 20%, 30%, and 50% will be borne by the company on Express, Standard, and Economy orders, respectively.

• All jackets are made to order and manufactured after an order is placed; hence we do not refund/cancel orders after the production has started.
• Refund requests are entertained and the process takes around 15 to 45 days and varies case to case.Please allow 15-20 days for the processing of returns and up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account statement.
• Refunds will be issued to the same credit card/account that was used for the original purchase.
• You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• 100% of store credit would be given if customer return product for a refund.
• Actual Shipping cost will be deducted if an item is returned against a refund.
• If an item is returned due to sizing issue, a full refund may not be issued as sizes are reconfirmed after an order is placed by the customer. Exchange is possible in this situation where the customer has to pay the shipping cost for sending back the item.
• Damages occurred by the customer, or used products will not be entertained for a refund/Exchange.
