All our products are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The courier is chosen based on the fastest shipping route. • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card/account that was used for the original purchase.
• You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• 100% of store credit would be given if customer return product for a refund.
• Actual Shipping cost will be deducted if an item is returned against a refund.
• If an item is returned due to sizing issue, a full refund may not be issued as sizes are reconfirmed after an order is placed by the customer. Exchange is possible in this situation where the customer has to pay the shipping cost for sending back the item.
• Damages occurred by the customer, or used products will not be entertained for a refund/Exchange.
